Inquiring 3-4 weeks before event & placing your order at least 2- 3 weeks in advance.
Each item is created unique and made specially for customer. I do not replicate any items. I use reference photos, your ideas and my artistic expertise to create confections.
All our cakes contain Dairy, Soy, Egg & Gluten. Crystal Sweets cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies.
A 50% retainer is required to confirm the order.
Any last minute order taken must be paid in full upon request and is subjected to a $50 rush fee.
Orders must be fully paid the week of the event.
Order minimum for celebration order is $100.
Refund Policy
Crystal Sweets is not responsible for goods once they have left the facility.
The 50% retainer is non-refundable.
If the order is cancelled, the retainer will be forfeited.
Absolutely No Refunds.
