I do ask for a minimum of 3 weeks' notice for all custom orders of custom desserts, to ensure that I have time to order any customized additions. Please understand that my calendar fills up very quickly, especially on weekends, in the Spring & Summer, and during the holiday season. Therefore, I recommend reaching out as early as possible if you want to schedule a dessert pickup or order desserts!

I am located near South Shore Mall just off Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore, New York. Once you place your order for custom desserts and full payment is received, the exact pickup address will be provided.
I do not have a storefront, and I do not offer 'testers,' samples, or tasting boxes. As a home-baker, I specialize in custom desserts that are made-to-order. However, please check back often for possible 'Flash Sales' or 'Featured Items,' and remember you can always order desserts for convenient dessert pickup.
No, I do not currently offer delivery or shipping for my custom desserts. All orders for desserts must be picked up from location in Bay Shore, New York.
Crystal Sweets is NOT an allergen-friendly kitchen. All our custom desserts contain eggs, dairy, gluten, and other common food allergens/avoidants. If you or someone in your party has any food allergy, I do not recommend ordering desserts from us.
To store your custom desserts, place them in the fridge as soon as possible. Allow them to come to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before enjoying! Please note that the fondant decor can NOT be refrigerated! When you order desserts, be sure not to place them near direct heat or in the path of direct sunlight. If you're picking up your desserts, handle them with care to maintain their quality.
I can only ensure the freshness of my custom desserts for 1-2 days, so please plan accordingly when selecting a dessert pickup date!
I do use inspiration photos to create your custom desserts; however, due to the creative nature of my work, the treats may vary from any inspo photos (even my own previous designs!). I will never attempt to copy another baker's work exactly, but I promise, your dessert pickup will still be gorgeous! Feel free to order desserts with confidence, knowing they will be uniquely stunning.
