No, I do not currently offer delivery or shipping. All orders must be picked up from my house in Bay Shore, New York.

In Bay Shore, New York--The exact pickup address will be provided after full payment is received. I am located near South Shore Mall just off Sunrise Highway.

You may place an order through Instagram DM at @crystalsweets_li ! 

I do not have a storefront and I do not offer "testers," samples or tasting boxes. I am currently a home-baker and desserts are Made-To-Order but please check back often for possible "Flash Sales" or "Featured Items."

Once we have agreed upon your customized quote, you can make payment via Venmo or Zelle; simply let me know which option you prefer and I'll send you my information as soon as possible! 

Crystal Sweets is NOT an allergen-friendly kitchen.  All desserts contain eggs, dairy, gluten, and other common food allergens/avoidants.

If you or someone in your party has any food allergy, I do not recommend purchasing from my kitchen.

To store your desserts you can place them in the fridge as soon as possible, then let them come to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before enjoying! Please note that the fondant toppers can NOT be refrigerated! Please do not place desserts near direct heat or in the path of direct sunlight.

I can only ensure dessert freshness for 1-2 days, so please plan accordingly when selecting a pick-up date!

I do ask for a minimum of 3 weeks notice for all custom orders, to ensure that I have time to order any customized additions. Please understand that my calendar fills up very quickly, especially on weekends, in the Spring & Summer, and during the holiday season so I do recommend reaching out as early as possible!
