All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.
An order will not be considered "booked" until full payment has been received.
All payments are non-transferrable.

Crystal Sweets LLC is NOT an allergen-free kitchen and can not be held liable for any allergic reactions. If you or someone in your party has any food allergy, I do not recommend that you purchase from my kitchen.
Crystal Sweets LLC reserves all artistic freedoms & interpretations when creating all custom orders.
Crystal Sweets LLC owns all images photographed of all bakes produced and reserves the right to use any and all images for any purposes at any time, including marketing, advertising, examples of artistry, etc.
All policies will be enforced, whether they have been reviewed or not.
In the event of a "No Call/No Show", no refunds will be offered.
Returns & Refunds
If you must cancel your order, you must contact Crystal Sweets via email 48 hours prior to the agreed upon pickup time.
In the event of a canceled order within the time frame, a 50% refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
If an order is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, NO refund will be provided.
Once an order has been booked, a full refund will not be offered.
